Helen Pearce

Helen Pearce served Cedar Falls Community Credit Union for 38 years, including more than a decade as CEO. A dedicated advocate for the cooperative model, she also served on the boards of the Iowa Credit Union League and Iowa Institute for Cooperatives. Her leadership, sound judgment, and commitment to members and communities have made a lasting impact on Iowa’s cooperative community.
