DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that will be hosting the 2022 Credit Workshop on December 6! This workshop is aimed at cooperative staff and industry professionals involved in managing credit. \n\n\n\nThe agenda includes: \n·     Brown Winick \n\n Legal perspective credit and collections\nIt is crucial to have a good grasp of all of these should your cooperative ever end up on the wrong side of a transaction. You will be provided an in depth look from the credit side and help you think about your credit process.\n\n·     Roundtable Discussion \n\nOpen discussion among peers to share best practices\, lessons learned\, and more.\n\n·     Farm Credit Services \n\nJim Knuth will provide us a status update on the current status of credit in Agriculture and will take us through some trends Farm Credit Services is seeing in their members to help provide you with a perspective on the farmer.\n\n·     Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation\, ISU \n\nThe impact of ‘Quality Feeds’ case (See ISU CALT article)\nKitt Tovar Jensen\, will provide us an update on the ongoing ‘Quality Feeds’ case\, and share insight on impacts the ruling on this case might have on the industry.\n\nFor additional information and registration form click here.
