SUMMARY:Mid Management Development
DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to improve understanding of cooperative principles and practices and enhance management skills in a broad range of practical areas.  Nineteen hours of instruction in four one-day segments. Session I to be held on Tuesday\, December 18th\, will include a broad overview of cooperative purposes and practices and cooperative financial statements.  Session II to be held on Wednesday\, December 19th will include presentations and discussions on 1) legal side of credit and collection\, 2) employee benefits administration and 3) wage and hour regulations. \nThank you to our member participants.  We look forward to seeing you again in March.
