A Review of COVID-19 Legislation for Small Employers
Kristine Tidgren, will present an overview of recent legislation offering relief to small employers, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, and various provisions within the CARES Act. Specifically she will address family/medical leave and sick leave requirements, including the associated credits, as well as the employee retention credit, the paycheck protection program, and payroll tax deferral. A goal of the webinar will be to educate attendees on which options may be available and in what combination.
