Human Capital Webinar Series – Executive Selection

We are partnering with FCC Services and Cooperative Network on three part webinar series focused on human capital.  The second session will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 focusing on Executive Selection.  The topics include:

  • The board’s role and responsibilities in securing the right CEO / GM
  • Options: Selection from outside vs. promotion from within
  • Getting to know the individual
  • Managing the selection decision process
  • Enhancing a diverse leadership team
