2024 Director Certification Program Phase III & IV

Phase III and IV of IIC’s Director Certification Program (DCP) will be held in Storm Lake on Tuesday, January 30th and Wednesday, January 31st.

Tuesday, January 30th — Phase IV addressed the directors’ role in management development and management performance evaluation systems.

Wednesday, January 31st — Phase III takes an in-depth look at understanding and analyzing financial statements and concludes with the directors’ role in financial planning.
