The Director Certification Program (DCP) is a two-day training for cooperative board directors, focusing on cooperative foundations, governance, strategic direction, and financial acumen, with sessions led by experts from the Iowa Institute for Cooperatives and partners. Completion of DCP is required before attending the Advanced Director Program.

Registration is $350 per person.
